Exploring What's Possible - Seven 60-minute sessions, with asynchronous support | $550/month or $1,925/4 month package
We offer a three-phase program that helps you prepare for your next chapter with personhood, agency, and dignity. First, we will help you explore your core identity, including your most cherished experiences, deepest values, and proudest achievements, to define who you are at your essence. Second, we'll support you in examining how your diagnosis has shifted your life's expectations, identifying where challenges have emerged while discovering new sources of meaning and strength. Third, building on these first two steps, we will help you craft a personal narrative that captures your legacy, clarifies your priorities, and informs important decisions ahead. Throughout this process, you'll build agency and hope while creating a living document to share with your care circle, one that honors your whole self and empowers you to shape your path forward with clarity and purpose.
Your Dignity Narrative - Four 60-minute sessions, with asynchronous support | $1,200
Disease can often overshadow your voice and sense of self. Drawing on the work of Dr. Max Harvey Chochinov, we will guide you to reclaim your story by reflecting on the moments, accomplishments, and values that define who you are. Together, we will create a meaningful document you will be able to share with your loved ones, care circle, or anyone you choose. This document will serve as both a lasting legacy that you can choose to share with the people who matter most to you, and as a meaningful way to celebrate your own story and values through life review. Through thoughtful interview questions and collaborative editing, you will shape a narrative that honors your life and brings a sense of closure and purpose.

Our Collaboration: Working with Drs. Seow and Winemaker to empower patients and families by putting the human back at the center of care. We offer complementary workshops and lectures focused on improving the patient and family experience, using narrative tools to implement their "Seven Keys to be Hopeful and Prepared" when facing serious illness.
Our Collaboration: We serve as a referral partner and educator for their Impact Program, which provides free AI voice cloning and text-to-speech technology to people with ALS/MND.
